Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms:
- Reservations require a one-half (50 %) deposit of the rental fee if booking 60 days or more before your stay and 100% of the rental fee if booking less than 60 days before your stay.
- Check-in is at 4:00PM, and check-out is by 10:00AM. Early or late check-ins may incur additional fees.
- A Security Deposit of €250 is required during booking and will be refunded after your stay if there are no damages.
- Additional services will be billed and paid separately upon agreement.
Amendments to Bookings:
Changes to your reservation, including dates or duration of stay, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff.
- Damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- If a Cancellation Notice is received by Cobblestone Cottage, a cancellation charge is payable depending on the number of days before the Start Date.
- The cancellation charges are as follows:

| 0 – 13 days | 100% |
| 14 – 27 days | 75% |
| 28 – 55 days | 60% |
| 56 days or more | Deposit only |
Early Departure: Full charge for the entire reserved stay applies.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required at booking to cover damages.
